:o I've tried to access my Paypal account but once I've filled in my details it then goes to a Certificate error page. There is no option to ignore the warning though just one to say close this webpage.

I want to send some money!
Any help will be gratefully received. :j

And if that doesn't fix it, can you confirm that your PC's date is set correctly. If not, you can fool your browser into thinking that an otherwise valid certificate is out of date (or is not yet valid!).

It's my friend's brand new laptop and she's set the date correctly. I've just gone to the window updates but can't find where it says custom. (yes I'm a bit thick when it comes to computers)
It's has Windows Vista BASIC if that makes any difference.
Thank you to you both :D

there is normally two options Express and custom

Keep your computer up to date
Check to see if you need updates for Windows, your programs, your hardware or your devices.

Express Get high-priority updates (recommended)
Custom Select from optional and high-priority updates for Windows and other programs
