Whats Going On?

Hello!
Im just about to finish my first year at university.
I applied for student finance last year and it all went well appart from the parent giving evidence part! I do it all online but unfortunatly it wouldnt let my mum give evidence and when she put down that i was the student using the alias number or whatever it asks for it said the student information was right!
We knew it was because i copied the number from my form and pasted it in hers! Its the right number and everything.
Anyway last year we some how managed to get around it but i cant remember how!

This year its happened again, but i cant remember how we fixed it last year?
Has anyone else got this problem? What do i do? I really cant remember!
Thanks

I'm getting married in August 2015

Ha my friend in my hall is having a problem with his ArtID, its hilarious in the fact that he is reading off his paper that he got from student loans company.

Really annoying thing is that their phone service charges, and they all speak in scottish accent, which is hard to understand the best of times!

Luckily I have mine all done I j ust need to send back delcration forn but first, I need a stamp!

I'm confused. Do you mean that your mum can't log in online to give her information?

I've never applied online so I don't know what it looks like. I think Alias IDs normally start with a '1' whereas ART IDs tended to start with other numbers - don't quote me on this though!

Your mum will have her own ART ID - perhaps the site is asking for hers rather than yours?

The online system always has problems. I'd say have another bash and/or call your LEA to clarify which number is which.

Then if it still doesn't work get your mum to do it on paper with a PFF2 form which can be downloaded here
