What is the mastercard in the top right?

That intrigued me too, quick google and I found it

    I thinks it's just a pre-pay mastercard.

You need to upload the picture to a website like photo bucket or flikr. After that, click on the button which looks like a 'mountain and sun'. A pop up appears, and put the URL in, and click ok. Alternatively, click on the button that like a 'globe and chain'.
