Is your credit good, otherwise?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -
No I can't get credit from any company searching Experian - however I do not have any adverse data on my files - anymore.;)

Mmadness and Proliant, 62 and 194 credit searches is pretty excessive!! Is this ALL credit searches??? Not consumer credit report type search or unrecorded enquiry type search?? Because this leave a footprint every time a search is made, whether its from you or someone else.0 -

Fuzzy logic but it is working.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

All recorded and visible to lenders; the plan was to get as much on my file as possible then to leave the accounts to build up status and after 12-24 months start closing them off, I do not use all of my credit accounts and the cull has already started, so mid 2009 my credit rating should look pretty attractive to lenders.
Fuzzy logic but it is working.
ironically enough that's my logic - to 'get seen' on the credit scene, so to speak! So what if they refused me, next year when I reapply they will probably give to me hehe
What's this, notice my jazzy new avatar and decide to change yours? LOL
copycat Proliant! LOLSome say he is a racist, others say he is a liar but the truth will always prevail...

I would have thought that if there is a large number of credit searches that are visible to lenders on your credit file, this often can be very counterproductive as lenders will fear you are desperate for credit or even suspect fraud activity going on on your credit file. Also having a large number of searches WILL affect the credit scoring. Lenders do not like to see large number of searches!!
I have two credit searches done this month, and in total of the past year...two credit searches LOL! Experian have advised me not to have more than 4 credit searches within 3 month period.0
