I am so upset!
I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my Grandmother for her 94th Birthday.
I ordered them last Monday for delivery on Friday and told her to expect them.
My grandmother spent the whole of Friday waiting for them and they have not arrived yet!
I feel guilty that she had to spend the whole of the day indoors rather than going out and enjoying herself on her birthday!

I did this with a different company and the relative was sent another bunch of flowers as well as an apology."This site is addictive!"

This happened to me when I ordered flowers for a friend.
I simply phoned the helpline and they gave me an option of either having the flowers free or a 2nd bunch free.
No hassle - and they were very helpful in getting it sorted.2014 Target;
