When I called today, the guy asked me where I was calling from - looks like it is still open to guys within the catchment area...It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0

Got my passbook today. They are quick workers !
Unfortunately I found out yesterday my contract was being terminated, because of no work. Major client pulled out of the project.

Ditto .... They are prompt [the post to Cheshire is a bit faster than India I imagine]
A slight word of caution for anyone who has not yet applied for this. If you get your application towards the end of the month you may [subject to available funds] then pay in your second [third, fourth..] month's money in on the first [or as close to] of each month. This means that you earn slightly more interest for this fixed rate period the nearer to the end of the month you can open the account with your first payment... [EDIT But in light of what dealseeker, below, says, waiting 'til the end of the month was not going to be an option].....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
Fast and efficent, just how I like it!0

I received my application pack yesterday but there were no application forms in there (just the info on id verification etc). Called today and was told the offer was now closed to new applications.
Explained I had called on Saturday before it closed and they had forgotten to send out the forms. They said they would be honouring all people that had requested an application form providing you returned the form ASAP. No definitive deadline date for returning applications.
Seems like a sensible approach and just lucky I made the call on Sunday ( and that I went on to explain that I had previously made the call).Since light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -

Min £25 / Max £500. The beginning of the month is the best time to deposit monthly payments into the account, as they can then earn the interest longer. Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -
Just sent my application off today. Sweet!0
