Hi peeps,
Here is a question for you all, where do you find things to sell. I make a little money from Ebay per month, about £25 - £50 per month, just bits n pieces but I want to move up a league but I can't find anything decent to buy or sell in bulk. A few people have suggested this and that but its all wishy washy.
I ideally want to find a number of the same items that I can buy cheap and sell for a reasonable profit. Some people have suggested things out the "Hong Kong" directory ????
Any ideas, suggestions ?
Stu

Hi Stu,
There are already a couple of threads on here about what to sell on ebay which are worth checking out. However, there is no real answer as anyone who knows what to sell is already doing it for themselves!
I can tell you what I used to sell as I just lost my stockist today :'( Ladies branded clothing. I had access to a Debenhams clearance outlet where at certain times of the year it was possible to buy designer labels at up to 90% off. Bridal gowns (which I never sold) were reduced sometimes to £50 or £60 with an RRP of £500. At one point I was getting Jasper Conran and Janet Reger lingerie for 50p - £1 with RRP as high as £25-£35. They never sold for anywhere near the RRP, I usually made £3-£5 an item. However, it seems that the only outlet in future open to the public will be at Hull, but I don't know where.
Luckily that wasn't all I sold and in fact I hadn't sold any for some time but I will still miss the bargains.

It's a tricky one but my most popular selling items are things like mobile phones and gadgets.
