Has anyone had information from Sky yet with regards to the changes in digital TV packages and prices?
The changes were supposed to take place on 1st September, I've looked on their website and can't find any reference. It was posted on this board some time ago and I've seen a press release, of 22nd June, outlining the changes.
A month or so ago when I 'phoned their customer services they either knew nothing or were not saying anything but advised that any changes would be on the website and customers notified.
I've only had a change in T & C from 1st September notice through the post and nothing else.

Yes, thanks, it's there. Home page last option in the "joining Sky" box. It must have been added since yesterday morning!
Fortunately they haven't sent me the rubbish bin fodder magazine for months now?0 -
I had sky at a previous address. I want to get sky at my new address but I don't want to pay the full whack for the +box and installation because i'm not a new customer. What details do they check to see if you were a previous customer i.e Name, bank code. What details can I massage to get the new customer deal.0

Hi,
I called Sky on 1st September and changed my tv package to "two mixes" and all the movie channels and the guy I spoke to was very nice about it.0
