First time on MSE,Can anyone help please.
Sent template letter and cheque requesting bank statements for previous 6 yrs charges.Complete statements arrived within 40 days ,15 pages in all !Non dated ,so no idea when there for? don't think anywhere near amount requested !!
Have sent another letter explaining i need actual charges for previous 6 yrs. awaiting reply .
