Is it me or is the form 6.27 confusing?

Exactly, I was thinking if I can't fill this in, there's no chance.

I wouldn't worry too much .. from what i've read on here most court clerks are friendly and quite happy to help!
I expect the form hasn't changed much recently so is still geared up to when it was nearly only businesses that went BR?:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
The online form is best to fill out but it keeps timing out every 15 minutes or so. If you are going to use this, bring all your creditors paperwork together and have account numbers and total debts to hand. As others have said save every section otherwise when timed out you lose it, particularly annoying when doing the (long) list of creditors with account/ref numbers.0

At least you've had some advice then!
.. just wanted to check
I thought CCCS had a new specialist self employed bit now? maybe mistaken though
They do....they now have a team of advisors who deal with self employment issues..you do need to tell the advisor on your first call to access themWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

Yes they have got a self-employed specialist section.
Apparently it's upto 1 1/2 telephone interview.
They won't speak to me without authorisation from my partner.BR 08/05/2008

I'm sure the CCCS would have been able to offer you more advice, if not Business Debtline can help.
Some judges like to know that you've taken advice so you are aware of the implications of going BR. Some judges have been known to insist on it.
As long as your comfortable with the advice you've had and are aware of how BR goes then thats fine, but if at any point you need more advice, even after BR then call one of the free debt charities (cccs, CAB, National debtline, Business debtline)
Thankyou for advice.
I have spoke to cccs & national debtline.
I always feel when you mention self-employment, the line goes quiet, or maybe that's just my imagination.
The trouble is I suppose we can't guarantee a pmt plan as my partner could be out of work next month for I don't know how long, so we are not good candiates for setting up regular pmts as we have not got a regular income.
I am looking for work but can only work evenings as I home educate my son.BR 08/05/2008

Hello
I didnt get the 6.27 form (??????)- and I filled it in online along with the much more lengthy(but far more understandable) 6.28- my family did'nt understand it either. I filled in what I could and the very pleasant bankruptcy clerk at my local county court helped me with the rest- even she admitted it was a bit confusing.0
