Credit limit reduced due to secondary cardholder?

Does anyone know if the credit limit offered by credit card companies is reduced if the applicant also requests a secondary card holder on the initial application? i.e. If the secondary card holder was requested after the initial limit was agreed, would the credit limit offered be higher. For this example, perhaps we could assume that the principal cardholder has a salary of circa £45k, the secondary cardholder a salary of circa £15k and neither have any adverse credit issues.
I completely understand that the credit card companies are within their right to alter the credit limit at any time and without notice. I guess I'm just wondering if the secondary card holder makes a difference to the initial credit limit offered.
Thanks in advance for any responses...

Credit limit will stay the same with or without additional cardholder(s).0

In fact nothing about the 2nd card holder (unless you happen to be financially linked to them on your CRA reports) will make a difference, including their salary (or lack thereof.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":
