1899 -no invoice for August

Trying to make a call through 1899, I received a message saying that the service had been blocked as invoices hadn't been paid. The September payment is due today, but we don't seem to have received an invoice for August so I guess that hasn't been paid. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, that doesn't show anything for August. Problem solved though, I'd had a new credit card and hadn't updated the details. 1899 has now taken the September payment and we're up and running again.0
