Morning all
This thread seems to be getting quieter and quieter which I assume is a good sign! I've got a HUGE spend today on MOT and all the rest. It will not be pretty, so there's no way I can justify any other spending today!Overpay!0 -
nsd for I hope x x0

Hi kkw and everybody :hello: :hello: :hello:
Sorry I haven't been around much - I was away on Tuesday, and was called into work, yesterday. I've not got any work scheduled for the remainder of the week, and am busy chasing up job interviews, so I hope I'll be around to post.
Anyway - Tuesday I spent £40 on petrol, to go to my interview. I also made the near fatal mistake of buying a coffee at the Motorway Service Station - £3.60 for a medium Capuccino (Costa)
Needless to say - lunch consisted of a 'yellow label' sandwich (Tesco) at 49p and a further 'capuccino' at their cafeteria for £1.25 - plus one clubcard point. :rotfl: :rotfl:
I am hoping to hear about Tuesday's interview, either today or tomorrow, as, if I am successfull, there will be a second interview next week. First interview went really well, however, I'm not 'counting my chickens' and am still applying for other jobs.poorbutrich wrote: »This thread seems to be getting quieter and quieter which I assume is a good sign!
Hi pbr - I though that, too - probably because of school holidays, last week.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

You don't want to leave the house all weekend, Catt? Why? You have to get some fresh air at least? xx0
