camcorder to computer?

I was wondering if anybody could help advise the best way of transferring film from panasonic ram dvd (camcorder vdr-d150) to my computer. Is there cable I can connect from my camcorder direct to my computer

Thanks:beer:

Can't you just put the dvd disc from your camcorder into a dvd drive on your computer?

update:- Just checked the manual online. You can buy a USB cable (K1HA05CD0010). Not sure if this is for input or output.

I might be wrong but I don't think with that camcorder model you can transfer to pc directly via camcorder to pc according to this http://www.unbeatable.co.uk/p_repr/Panasonic-VDR-D150EB-S-DVD-Camcorder-Reviews/32093348.html
  • I don't know about your specific camera but I have a non-digital camera and use the wintv-usb to transfer my film onto the pc. It costs about £40 from argos and does take some fine tuning but when it works it's great. You play the video and the wintv software records it to the harddrive.
