Just to put a spanner in the works, I too sent Virgin an email and this is how they replied by email:

Thanks for your email to Virgin Mobile about the 1000 text promotion.

We're sorry to hear you're having some difficulty getting hold of this offer and we're happy to have this looked into for you.

We're pleased to advise we've passed your details on to the relevant team to look in to this. We'll be in touch over the next few days to let you know what's happening.

Thanks for taking the time to write, we'll be in touch soon.

I received this on Monday and haven't heard a thing since ...... am going to send another email now. Will keep you posted if I hear anything.

Received a voucher from Virgin this morning worth 1000 texts - 250 free texts a month for 4 months. Scratch off the panel on the back and text FREE plus the code to 789789. We will add your first batch of 250 free texts there and then. We'll add your next batch on the same day every month. Activate your card before 30 June 2008. Excellent.

Yes, I received mine too and promptly put them on my phone as my balance was a big fat zero. Hooray!!! :j :j :j

i replied to last months offer. today i got my voucher with 250 free texts, get another each month for four months altogether.

the moral is ..... be patient
