    I'm cautiously sharing your optimism, having grumbled about the free Orange texts that eventually turned up! ;)

    It might be worth noting that Virgin have a long running promotion for 1000 free texts when you buy a phone for £50+ that expires on 18th May. The freebie may be to get rid of the left over vouchers from that promotion and the sending of them may coincide with the end of the promotion.

    Think I'll hang fire for now!

    i decided to e-mail virgin again just to see why they are telling people different information

    EMAIL

    Hi i emailed you yesterday regarding your offer 1000 free texts if you reply yes to 80310 and got this reply:

    but someone else queried the same thing and got this reply:

  • sent an email from my other email addy for my other virgin sim and theyv just sent back the same reply as you tukki-tukki:-

    We tried to call you at 19.25 to discuss this, sadly we couldn't get through. To prevent further delay we're replying by email.

    We'd like to reassure you that the vouchers are being sent out. We're checking with our Promotions Team to find out how long it'll take for everyone to receive their voucher.
