Never had customer service like it!:D Son broke our TomTom, so I rang customer services to find out likely cost of repair. Guy at other end reminds me there's a 2 year guarantee, says they'll likely repair or replace under that. Within 3 days they've sent me packaging and a special delivery ( prepaid) bag to return the unit. I post Thursday, Friday am get email acknowledging receipt of item to them. Friday pm get email advising tracking number for return by special delivery. Tuesday am repaired TomTom back with me at no cost. You can't fault them. Well done TomTom:T :T :T

    I had the same level of service when I had to send my TomTom 3 back with a batch hardware fault. I bought the GPS in the USA but it was no problem getting it repaired in the UK. I got the same free postage/packaging and update e-mails as you. :T
