had a watch for sale only a hugo boss watch on a BIN, its been bought then to my horror i noticed its a guy from india with 50% feedback and last two negs are for non payment.
well hes paid me, added an extra £15 for royal mail, ive done a quick search on interparcel and they want about £40.00 for about a 4 day transit but its trackable and insured.
the thing that worries me on the payment email from paypal states...

Difficult one, firstly no address outside of the UK and USA are confirmed. Don't be in any great rush to post it, I would wait the 7 days you are allowed. Royal mail international signed for small packet airmail with £500 compensation should be quite cheap for a watch. this only takes 5 working days. Paypal are relaxing the confirmed address stipulation but possibly just for powersellers.

Don't take paypal for something like this, you really are asking for trouble.

Ask for a bank transfer, if he whines, point out that paypal won't cover you.

well since me posting i had a mail from the buyer...

I have purchased the following item on eBay from you. Please send me the total amount I owe you. spacer.gif hi there i have won the auction and i will be sending the payment via paypal. and i want the shipping via royal mail international signed for service(registered delivery). its gonna cost you 12-14GBP Approx but still yo can check the rates in their website. i will wait for the invoice spacer.gif

i think he might know something i dont regarding the international signed for, it dosnt feel right so will suggest the bank transfer, i guess he will think i'm a scammer by suggesting it but its not worth the risk so will relist instead. thanks once again for confirming my fears.

    Paypal won't cover you.

Take payment that won't bounce later.

Assuming you didn't want someone outside the UK to bid, you should change your seller preferences to not sell to anyone outside your chosen areas.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
