    It depends, if you are happy with the features you have, and you are sure it's locked down and secure (impossible with 98 or ME) then fair enough.

    New OSes W2K, XP,Vista etc are all more secure and have more features.

    A similar point would be are you still driving a car from 1998 or a newer one? Why do people change their cars?
