These McDonalds Monopoly stickers

Hi

I'm a bit late to the game but i have Park Lane and genuinely want to find someone with MayFair with a view to splitting the prize 50% 50% the chances of any one person getting both is minimal so i think this is the only likely way of anyone benefiting. let me know your thoughts there would have to be solicitors involved and contracts drawn up before any presentation of the stickers/prize but surely £250k is better than £0 nada!

Cheers

Considering there are quite a few of the Park Lane stickers knocking about I doubt very much you will find someone. If someone had the Mayfair they could just go to McDonald's and buy maybe 10 items and probably get Park Lane, the one you have is classed as a common sticker aimed to make people do exactly what your doing now, get excited and go buying many more to try and find that elusive Mayfair.

Think there are 2 Mayfairs being released and thousands of Park Lanes.

In my one visit to McDonalds since this whole thing started, we got 3 Park Lane stickers on 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals.

So I would guess that Park Lane is very, very common.
  • I hadn't really appreciated the quantaties of stickers invloved (how many Park Lane are estimated) I still find it hard to believe that it would be that easy to pick up Park Lane, i mean how much are we talking about here? do you spend £500? £2000? i don't have that sort of money sitting around but if i knew i had potentially £250k this would be a worthwhile excersise. Do you really think i could spend £20-£50 quid and pick up Park lane?
  • ok so it seems i am somewhat deluded eh! still one can dream hey? x

    Easily.

My partner and I have had two meals each in this promotion since it started, and have got three Park Lanes. You'd be likely to find one by buying a couple of meals.

I don't think that list is up to date, perhaps it's last years rare tokens? I noticed I have quite a few of the 'rare' tickets mentioned which must be too good to be true! :D

People don't realise how these schemes work. They think that because Park Lane + Mayfair = mega-wonga, then both items must be rare.....

Only ONE of them is rare. If you have Mayfair you have won the prize and are rich. If you only have Park Lane you might as well throw it in the bin, because in the vanishingly rare chance you find Mayfair, you're not going to mind going into McDonalds and buying a few items till you get Park Lane (won't take long!).
