I just ordered a new hearing aid The original price quoted was £2395 I did a comparison on the Net and saw the same aid as low as £1500. The company said they dont price match internet prices BUT when i said i was going to buy off the net Their price came down to £1800 which includes a keyfob remote control that normally sells for around £100,

after watching a few episodes of DONT GET DONE GET DOM,
I now always haggle whenever possible, with the following results.
bike insurance,best web price £274 excess £500,phoned broker and haggled now £241 excess £350.
garden furniture web price £1344 atfter haggling on the phone £1100 delivered.
teak sideboard list price £1050, best web price £925 after 5 mins of phone haggling £795 delivered.
