Will the courts contact me when I can proceed further with my case or when I have won my case??
I went through the process to reclaim my charges, and ended up with a stay being put on my claim...
Since this I can't find any info on my case e.g How much I was claiming and I've lost all of my statements with my charges on (I split with my partner and everything just got lost!)
I just want to know basically will my case be active again when this is all resolved, hopefully?? And will they contact me??
Also if I win my case how will they pay me as I want them to credit my new bank account not my old one which was with Ltsb who I am in the dispute with??
Any help will be greatfully received...
THANKS!
