Great ideas already given.
Using some of the following you could do Jamie's fish pie:
6 salmon fillets
4 plain cod fillets
1 pack scallops
2 packs cooked king prawns
2 Packs cooked prawns - normal size ones
2 Packs raw tiger prawns
3 packs mussels in garlic butter
Recipe on this page (scroll down a bit):

Sorry for the delay in replying - you have all come up with some fantastic ideas and I am looking forward to next week's meal plan.
Friday - Kung Po Chicken with Noodles and Spring Rolls
Saturday - Chilli pasta bake
Sunday - Steak, HM Wedges, Veg
Monday - Seafood Paella
Tuesday - Babotie - I have no real idea what this is, but have found an online recipe and have all the dry ingredients so what the heck!
Does anyone know if it can be made in advance?
Wednesday - HM Minted Lamb Kofta with Roasted Veg Couscous
Thursday - Salmon and dill bake
Friday - SW Moussaka
Thanks again everyone for all the suggestions:T

Hi Gilly
you've used two of my suggestions! how exciting!
for bobotie i used the recipe on Good food website. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5109/bobotie
its really delicious! i replaced some of the ingredients as to what i had. ie. mango chutney instead of peach, ground all spice instead of berries and natural yoghurt instead of cream as its better for you!
it says you can make it in advance an im sure you could freeze the base then add the topping before baking. But it is really really good, hope you enjoy it.0 -
With the pork, how about making pork tacos (carnitas)?
- Place the pork in a pan, and cover with water or half water/half orange juice (sounds wierd but works). Season liberally with salt.
- Simmer the pork, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked and the water has partially boiled down (and has been joined by a quantity of melted fat).
- Fish out the pork, remove remaining fat and gristle, and shred/slice, then toss with some taco seasoning (hm or from a packet). Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until crispy, then serve with tortillas, salsa etc.
