I need savings help

Money ladies and gents
Have re jigged some finances I will soon have £300-350 pm to put away. I will not need ready access to this and would like it to earn as much as possible. I already have isa's but wondered if there was anything better.
Please note before advising - I am NOT a risk taker, so shares/stocks etc are not an option

Or Lloyds but you have to have a current account and open that with £1 (but max of £250 a month)0
