Excuse my bad attempt at explaining what I want it to do.
I want to be able to highlight a word, or a group of words on a website. Several separate groups of words.
I want To be able to leave the website, and come back later, and have those words still highlighted.
Anyone know of a FF extension that'll do this?

They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it

Highlighter - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/791
and
Diigo - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2792
Diigo definitely has persistent settings, not sure of Highlighter...0 -
Cheers folks.

Diigo keeps its highlights server-side, so I've got security issues with that.
Highlighter isn't persistent, I think I tried that one before.
I found Wired-Marker though, and it seems to do the job. Fingers crossed..
