Was going to move money out today for 1st time to outside bank, btm of page it asks for "password & mobile pin" news to me, ,where do these come from OK maybe password same as site log on ?

Hi Hobo,
When I try to transfer to a new account, I get asked for my password (site password) and security question (in my case, "what is my dog's name"), you sure "mobile pin" isn't just the prompt for the security question you entered when you signed up? I've transferred out a few times and have never heard of or seen a request for a mobile pin.
