Dear friends,

Maya is a delightful bubbly seven year old who has been battling against a very aggressive brain tumor. After three major operations the tumor continues to grow. There is little hope for Maya in the U.K where the treatment required is not available. However there is effective treatment that may prolong her life significantly in the USA.

The cost of this treatment is at least £50,000. We are making an urgent appeal to raise the money required to send Maya to the United States for treatment. Have noticed that the account number mentioned her for Maya's appeal is different to the account number on http://www.mayaperrinskippen.com/the_maya_community_appeal.asp

Just wanted to check if this was deliberate or if someone else is benefiting from this appeal.
