Best site for ringtones?

Hi all,

I'd like to get Mr EL a ringtone as part of birthday presents - where is the best site that won't rope me into memberships etc

? He has a Sony Ericcson 750 as do I...

Obviously as an MSER would rather the cost not be extortionate

so recommendations much appreciated :T

Is there somethign specific you are wanting?! Why don't you just use an mp3 as a ringtone? All you have to do is rip it from one of your CDs or download it from any of the hundreds of mp3 download sites and then save it on your phone using the USB cable supplied with the phone.

If you have some music he likes on cd then just copy the music to the phone and select it to use a ringtone, i use it on my w610i but other phones could be different

Hiya - sorry I'm not that knowledgeable on how to get music onto the phone - I'd like to get him the phone sound from the series '24'? Or something else from that series x

I use www.mobile9.com as they not only have ringtones but wallpapers and screensavers etc. Easy to use as you download to your pc then transfer to phone via cable.

I don't like the full song as a ringtone, I prefer just the chorus so hubby found me a program which just copies the bit you want and converts to ringtone which you send via cable.
For the life of me I can't find it on my pc so when hubby is home I'll ask him where its stored and send it on if you would like it.
