Well done! I do find it a bit scary when national companies start giving out that sort of advice. It makes you wonder how many times they get away with it......
Someone once tried to refuse me an exchange on a faulty item on the basis that "they would'nt be able to sell it again". Fast forward ten minutes and I had my way!0 -
Talking of not being able to sell again, I notice the Argos I had the problems with today now have 1 PSP in stock
So they're either reselling the display model or my faulty model
