Lloyds/Tsb

Wonder if any one has any advice , we closed an account with these last month , but we urgently needed a couple of copy statements for this year so visited our local branch. We were told they could be ordered (which he did) but could take over a week to recieve . We asked if they could not just print off there and then as it was very urgent that we recieve , we need for Thursday 24th April , and he said no.
Now the issue with the post is they kept missing the flat digit off the main address - hence needing copies.
Anyoner know how we can recieve quicker?

  • Do you have internet banking for them? If so you could print them off from there.

You may want to re-instate the account and register. You will get the statements instantly and for FREE.

It depends on the need for the statements.
If they are required to show address for either ID or to confirm some other details like salary for a loan application perhaps then the printed ones from home won't show the address.
