Wonder if any one has any advice , we closed an account with these last month , but we urgently needed a couple of copy statements for this year so visited our local branch. We were told they could be ordered (which he did) but could take over a week to recieve . We asked if they could not just print off there and then as it was very urgent that we recieve , we need for Thursday 24th April , and he said no.
Now the issue with the post is they kept missing the flat digit off the main address - hence needing copies.
Anyoner know how we can recieve quicker?

Do you have internet banking for them? If so you could print them off from there.:heart2: Charlie born Aug 2007 :heart2: Reece born May 2009

You may want to re-instate the account and register. You will get the statements instantly and for FREE."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

It depends on the need for the statements.
If they are required to show address for either ID or to confirm some other details like salary for a loan application perhaps then the printed ones from home won't show the address.0
