Consumerpulse Account Closed!!!!!!!

Just went to log into my account earlier and i get a message that I am unable to access the account as it has been closed Anyone else had the same??? I have emailed them to ask why and am waiting for a reply!!!!:(

It working fine for me still. Got an email from them a while ago as I hadn't submitted anything for a while which said they would close my account if I didn't but I have remembered to start submitting things again. Could it be that you haven't been on the site for a while and that is why they have closed it?

Just tried logging into mine, and my account is closed too :eek:

Just had this email from Consumer Pulse about my account being closed. This is the explanation they have given:

Great!!! What about any points I have left in my account??? It was lucky that I ordered £50 of B & Q vouchers a couple of weeks ago, but I know I had about 1,000 odd points left!!!:mad:

No, I log on every week and enter my shopping, so I think this is not the problem. I have had a lot of vouchers off them since i joined so maybe they dont like paying out people too much??? Thats the only thing I can think of!!!!!

Some people have said Consumer Pulse monitor accounts, and if you rush in on the first/last day of the month and put in lots of purchases, they cancel your account as they probably think you are making stuff up to get points. I just checked mine which is still open, so it's all good.
