Calendar month versus four weeks

My new ISP (o2) claim to be charging me monthly, yet it turns out that they actually meant four weekly. When paying monthly, say on the first of every month, I'd pay for 12 instalments in a year. But paying every four weeks means I'll end up paying for 13 instalments. Surely they should have to clarify that they mean every 28 days on their website?
Can I do anything about this?

Hey,
I'm with O2 as well, i have checked my billing for the last 3 months and it all seems fine.,
They have only charged me once per calendar month.
my bills run from the 1st-last day each month and i typically pay on the 10th.
I would prob have a word with them as it might just be your account affected?
They are pretty much on the mark for sorting issues, so im sure it wont be a problem!

Does the 13 payment work out to what you expect to pay over a year ?0
