Help needed, I'm confused

Sorry just asked this else where but MBNA are going to phone me back in an hour so a bit urgent

I'm getting a bit confused, can some one please help?
I have just paid off my MBNA 0% and they have offered me 95% of my £8K at 0% but £50 fee.
I was going to put this on my Egg card £4,500 limit (which has £0 bal) then into my current account.
Can I do this as my Egg card has a smaller credit limit than my MBNA

    Hi

I don't really understand what you're trying to do.

Are you going to take the £7600 on your MBNA card, pay off your Egg Card £4500 with this and put the rest in your current account? If so why don't you put all the MBNA money straight into your bank account and pay your Egg card off from there?

EDIT - Just read it again and seen you have £0 on your egg card - can you explain more please!

Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick - sorry !

I didn't know I could put the money from MBNA into a current account.
I thought I had to use a 'mule' like egg, I seem to be getting in a muddle.
    Thanks

Erm... last time I asked for a balance transfer they asked if I wanted it put onto another card or straight into my account. This was a couple of months ago, so maybe wait for clarification from someone else on here.

    Good Luck!

You asked your question on the other thread at 11.49 and I had given you a full detailed reply by 12.04. How much quicker do you want it?
