Wedding favours - nice and mse

I need some ideas for wedding favours... they should be nice and cheap.
I don't like the usual candies so anything else.
I thought till now to give a small candle in a wedding cake shape to the women (I saw some in a shop they were 3 in a box for 1.99).
For man... I had no idea, but I saw someone on the forum saying about miniature whiskey bottles. But I saw them with 1.60 a bottle.
Does anyone has any other ideas? Cheaper if it's possible... ( I have around 80 - 90 guests... so my idea will cost me around £ 130 ... uhhhh, just for the favours)
I will make organza bags to put them in.

Hi
I don't know when your wedding is, but my sister for a november wedding gave out snowdrop seeds in organza bags, which now come up every year in my garden:o0 -
Just had another thought too - chocholate for chocoholics have some great ranges and in different colours too - there pale green organza bag with three heart chocs are 75p each which only works out at £60 for 80/in a gold bag £1 each + loads of other combinations and different ideas take a look at www.chocolates-for-chocoholics.co.uk/ hope thats some help0

My wedding is in July and it's not in the UK. (They won't appreciate seed because we live mostly in flats in my country... so no gardens)
I would have liked something different that chocolates or sweets... something that people will take home (like the candle favours)
But I don't know if candles go for men, as the mens' favours are too expensive.0 -
I had some hand soaps and bath bombs made in scents I like and to match my colours... If you want I can dig out the lady's ebay details - she's very nice and very quick as well as very reasonably priced!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

and you gave soaps to the men too? The men are my big problem, we women like so many things

I've done women only so far although miniature bottles of drink are under discussion for them men.
we are having trolley coin tokens which I have made little boxes for and decorated to match invitations etc.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

The men will get what they are given
And yes they are getting the same as the women
Let's face it I have no single blokes coming and we all know that men would 99% certainly forget the presents anyway so the women would probably collect them on their hubbies behalf... So I figured that it might as well be something useful
Depending on how much time and money I have left I like the idea of a nice posh chocolate but we'll see...
Another possibility ofcourse is scratch cards - one for each plate setting...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

I was just going to suggest scratch cards, or lottery tickets.... Only £1 each...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

They have some great, and inexpensive, things which turned out to be loads of fun
