Quick Question: In October 2006 I was forced to apply for bankruptcy due to heavy debts, but at that time I had over £1000 in unfair bank charges pending on just one of three bank accounts, my question is:
If my bankruptcy has ended, am I still eligable to apply for the return of the bank charge they took prior to my declaring bankruptcy?
