Tepid water in bathroom

Hi is there anyone who would happen to know as to why taps in my bathroom are giving out tepid water. I have a combi boiler which is only 3 years old which is in the kitchen. The water from the kitchen tap is hot but the bath and sink in the bathroom it is only tepid.
