BTL Remortgage....

Hi.
I have been searching for a good BTL remortgage deal and have not had any luck whatsoever. Current rates are at best coming in at 6.29% fixed with West Brom and also require a hefty £1594 arrangement fee. Unfortunately the HSBC Ratematcher deal does not apply to BTL. Does anyone have any information/ new deals that I dont know about?! Thanks

You would probably get a better response by posting this on the mortgages board where lots of the mortgage brokers hang out.0 -
You could always sell instead. It looks like buy to let is dead, all the lenders are dropping it. Escape while you still have some equity.
