BTL Remortgage....

Hi.

I have been searching for a good BTL remortgage deal and have not had any luck whatsoever. Current rates are at best coming in at 6.29% fixed with West Brom and also require a hefty £1594 arrangement fee. Unfortunately the HSBC Ratematcher deal does not apply to BTL. Does anyone have any information/ new deals that I dont know about?! Thanks

Shannon:confused:

    whats your mortgage?

    1. Equity in House?
    2. How much did you pay for house?
    3. Mortgage currently left?
    4. Rental yield?

If you provide us with these details people can help more etc.

You would probably get a better response by posting this on the mortgages board where lots of the mortgage brokers hang out.

You could always sell instead. It looks like buy to let is dead, all the lenders are dropping it. Escape while you still have some equity.

No more Abbey Buy to let mortgages now.

What is the SVR you revert to if you don't find a deal?
