vw golf wing mirror

Hi, my son had his wing mirror completley ripped off while parked up last night.Does anyone know where to get this replaced at a reasonable cost and how much it is likeley to cost.It is a 2003 vw golf.many thanks

Would really depend on the exact model Golf and whether near or offside - prices also vary alot if the mirror was heated or not. Eurocar parts should give you a good idea of price and availability.

Got to be worth trying Ebay as well?

but if he fits his own then it might not work as well as original in terms of manouvrability(sp?) etc. as probably adjustable/heated at the moment.

I knock MK4 mirrors out at £35 plus VAT and delivery. It will either be manual adjust or electric adjustment. Painting is as simple as a rattley can from halords and fitting is a 10 minute job on the drive at home.
