Virgin Holidays/ Atlantic Can anyone help?

Ok I will try & do a short version, a party of 6 adults & 1 child booked a flydrive with virgin holidays, lots of negative things happened on the journey out & back, so I wrote on my return to advise that I was unhappy & what my concerns were, to which I never got a response, so I resent via recorded delivery no response so I emailed, got a response saying they were sorry....... nothing they could do, its Virgin Atlantic responibility!!!!! so they are passing the buck but they have said sorry!!! I responded to the email as I said I wasn`t happy at this stage with a sorry. 5 days pass no response, 7 days pass no response, 10 days pass no response. so I called them as I would like to know who the head of customer relations is & there CEO??? Did I get it no!!!, did I get fobbed off yes, I am so angry..... they just keep saying its one of those things worse things happen..... & get this when I book a holiday in future I should really call the customer service team, to make sure my booking is correct... Errrr no I don`t think so !.
So back to the original question does any know who the head of customer service is or the CEO details ???
