I have to disagree with you. We always seem to hear the bad bits about pigsback on here and not the good bits. I've been with pigsback from the beginning of the uk launch and so far I've had 30 free stress pigs, 3 x £10 vouchers all through a couple of clicks every day plus one lot of points refunded as the voucher didn't turn up when it should have done and I always get a reply to my emails promptly.

I regularly take part in the forums too and problems seem to be resolved from there as well.

Ordered a Love2Shop voucher on August 8, asked on August 27 where it is, got a reply on August 28 saying it would be with me within a fortnight.

Fortnight was up, I wrote twice again, never got any reply. Today, my 1,150 points were credited back. No explanatory email/message, no apology, no extra points as compensation.

They are in disarray!

(also 'lost' 500 points on that silly Pokergame because it was totally impossible to figure out how/where to play the game, and the game operator had obviously never heard of Pigsback)
