I think it will be the non-delivery of, and ceased availability of their Love2Shop vouchers that does for them if anything, rather than the reduction of points for quizes. A company that does not willingly honour earnt rewards cannot really expect any customer loyalty.

Has anyone here "bought" a piggybank for 400 points? Description says fragile, does that mean it is glass?

i think their problem is, they are awaiting love2shop vouchers to cover all the ones we have ordered in the last month or more but they don't seem to be ordering loads extra to cover the points people have racked up whilst waiting for our vouchers to be sent. they seem to be in a vicious circle to me. As soon as they get the vouchers back in i will be ordering some, and maybe more if they keep recrediting peoples points like before
