ds broke his wireless controller for his 360, phoned microsoft and they said we will send another one for FREE, 3 days later it landed on the mat.
2 years ago my dd old xbox stopped working for some reason and they sent a courier to pick it up and the next week she had a brand new one delivered.
customer service on both occasions was fantastic.
