Are people still claiming the full amount of charges?

I have paid my Lloyds TSB Trustcard off now, but over the years, I did accumulate a fair wedge of charges.
If I apply to Lloyds to reclaim them, is it generally the difference between what I was charged and the £12 fee that most card providers seem to have reduced the charges to that people are claiming nowadays? Or are we still going for the full amount? And what about interest? Are "we" still applying for interest?
I don't want to scupper my chances before I've even started!
