What happens when BG take legal action
Got a call from someone claiming to be from BG tonight, saying that i owe them £65 and that if I didn't give her my credit card details there and then they will take legal action. I said i wanted a bill in the post then i would gladly pay it if it was correct. She went on to say the same thing again, basically (but in so many words) give me your CC details now or i'll take legal action. I was being polite saying i want a bill in the post first, and i'll pay that, but she just kept saying the same thing on and on. The conversation ended with her saying they will take legal action.
This is for a closing account for which they haven't billed me in the post. Although I think she was genuinely from BG, i never give my CC details to people who phone me. It just seems like a dum thing to do.
By my own calculation i do owe them about £65. I was just waiting for the final bill to come in the post.
What do BG normally do next ? And what should I do?

If you have had no bill or notification that you owe them £65 you are doing the right thing
