Cheap accommodation in Nice, France near beach?

I know I might be asking a lot...
But any recommendations for hotels/apartments/selfcatering anything near a beach?
My budget is about £200-300.
Been looking everywhere online and can't find anything for that price! Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

There is a few on that site if you have a hunt. The problem with nice is the closer to the beach the more the money! Have a nice time i used to go to nice often as a child and do have some fond memories.
