Can I claim for these odd charges?

I'm making a claim for some usual late payment/unauthorised overdraft payments but I have also found some odd charges as well. Can anyone tell me if I can claim for these:
1. Cash advance/cheque handling fee on Barclaycard £5.01
2. Travel money handling charge on Nationwide £3.50
3. Over credit limit charge of £12 on Barclaycard but I claimed at the time and they refunded £6. Can I still claim on the remaining £6?
