Help with Laptop Memory Upgrade!

I want to upgrade memory for my Sony Vaio PCG-GRZ610 model.

Looking at memory upgrades, I am confused with different terminologies

I have seen one at amazon with the specs........
  • Compatible with PC2700 systems
  • 333 MHz
  • 200 pin (for Notebooks)
  • 512MB DDR
  • PC2700 ( 333 MHz )
  • 200 pin (Gold
  • Data Transfer: 2.7 GB/s approx
  • 64X 64 bit (Industry standard configuration
  • 2.5 volt (Industry standard)
Can you please tell me is this OK with my system?
OR
What should I look for when buying them?

Thanks in advance

Goto https://www.crucial.com and follow the prompts. They are a top notch manufacturer, well priced and you will get the correct memory.

    Crucial gives the following compatability.........

    Module Size: 512MB
    Package: 200-pin SODIMM
    Feature: DDR PC2700
    Specs: DDR PC2700 • CL=2.5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR333 • 2.5V • 64Meg x 64
Whereas sony vaio specifies DDR PC2100?

Dont know what does it mean?

I have found another one at Amazon
    512MB
    Compatible with PC2100 systems
    266MHz
    200 pin (for Notebooks)
    Lifetime swap-out warranty

WOULD THIS BE A BETTER OPTION?

WHAT ABOUT 266MHz......is better to have 333MHz?
