Hi,
I am not sure If i have posted in the right place...If not sorry. I have recently had 2 charges from lloyds 1 for £69 for being £1 overdrawn for 1 day and another of £75 for being overdrawn for not even a day. I obviously complained to them. I recieved a letter from them the other day saying that they will not be making judgement on this until the court hearing between the banks and the office of fair trading is completed and they are unsure when that will be.....Can they make me wait for that or is theer anything else I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Thanks for that paul!0

Post on here the exact amounts (breakdown as per the letter/statement you received) and consider whether you drew funds against any uncleared funds?
I have to say I don't believe what you have written so far.
A £1 overdraft would have incurred a £15 unplanned o/d fee with £6 per day for being overdrawn/over limit.
However drawing against uncleared funds would mean more charges even though your account balance looks like it never went into the red.0
