Network card query ?

I'm going from stevenage to eastbourne( return) with girlfriend, going to buy tickets on day or nearer time with network card -my mum is meeting us at victoria, is it o.k to book her ticket on line using network card -and if questioned by guard be o.k ? thanks

Not sure if "her" refers to g/f or Mum. You can book whatever you want over the web. However, if you buy any tickets using any sort of discount card, each person holding a discounted ticket must have the appropriate card to go with it. If not they will be treated as travelling without a ticket.

the origin and destination on all members of your party must be the same on the ticket.

For your journey this means you could buy:

3 tickets (you, gf, mother) from Stevenage to Eastbourne

or

2 tickets (you, gf) Stevenage to London Zone U1
3 tickets (you, gf, mother) London to Eastbourne

You can pre-purchase if it makes it easier for you
