Hi all
I don’t understand banks; my wife’s got a Tessa isa with the bb, and its coming up to a 3 year term. when I asked if she could put it in the account paying 6.25% they said no, it got to be new money, so I asked what’s the best interest paying account she could put it in, it was 5.5%, so I cant wait till the 3 years are up, she’s out, I thought they wanted money,

I thought they wanted money,
Ah, but they already have your wife's money in the former TESSA ISA (now Cash ISA since 06/04/2008).
You are not alone - I take it that you asked at the B&B eISA Issue 4? See this thread.0 -
